Giovanni Loria will be responsible for the overall financial management and will play a pivotal role in driving long-term business and strategic growth, supporting the company in its future evolution.
He is a native Italian who graduated in Economics at the Università degli Studi di Salerno before embarking on a 25+ international career as CFO & COO for software and tech companies like Cisco Systems, Dell Technologies, Alcatel-Lucent, Computer Science Corporation, and as strategic advisor to digital start-ups, working from the US, France, Switzerland and the UK.
As a senior member of the executive team, Loria will report directly to the CEO Roberto Ascione.
