Harvard Medical School Professor and Obesity Scientist to Provide Expertise for Vida’s Obesity Care Service

SALT LAKE CITY–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Virtual cardiometabolic care leader Vida Health announced the addition of renowned obesity care expert Fatima Cody Stanford MD, MPH, MPA, MBA, FAAP, FACP, FAHA, FAMWA, FTOS to its Clinical Advisory Council.

Dr. Stanford is a nationally recognized obesity medicine physician, scientist, educator, and policy maker. She currently serves as an Associate Professor of Medicine and Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School, as an Obesity Medicine Physician at Massachusetts General Hospital and the MGH Weight Center, and as a member of President Biden’s USDA 2025 Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee.

In her role on Vida’s Clinical Advisory Council, Dr. Stanford will provide strategic guidance and clinical expertise to help Vida improve its platform and deliver the best possible patient care.
